Business meetings at a mountain resorts provide a great opportunity to accomplish your objectives in an environment away from the office and all its distractions. It also provides an avenue for the participants to get to know each other better and enjoy the various outdoor activities available.

Mountain Escapes works with lodging and convention facilities that can cater to everything from informal small group gatherings in condominiums or houses, to large meeting groups of several hundred people.  We are very experienced in finding a destination that fits the needs of meeting groups considering travel time, area activities, budgets, and the appropriate atmosphere. We will coordinate the meeting, lodging, catering details, and area activities requirements.

For summer activities, most destinations have golf courses, rafting, horseback riding, tennis, fly-fishing and night life.  During the winter skiing is always a highlight, but the destinations also feature many other non-ski activities too.

A big plus for the mountain destinations are the excellent lodging pricing available. In many instances lodging costs at these destinations are lower than comparable facilities in cities.  The view isn't quite the same though!
