We’re based in Colorado, are avid skiers, and have been to the destinations and properties many times. Our background is in the ski resort industry and that makes us very familiar with all the facets of planning ski group vacations.

With the volume of ski groups that we arrange each season, Mountain Escapes the best prices available for resorts all over Colorado and northern New Mexico. We work with properties that range from true ski in/out locations to low budget options away from the mountain. Each group has its own experience, needs, and expectations, and we work with the trip leader to find the best value for your particular group.

Mountain Escapes will coordinate all the logistics and details to ensure everything goes well for lodging, lift tickets, ski rentals, group meeting space, and catered meals. In addition, we have local service representatives at the ski areas that pre-check all the facets of your trip to ensure everything is correct when you arrive. This includes checking all of your lodging units and having your lift tickets ready so you don’t have to get them at the ski area. Our reps will also help with your lodging check-in, and ski rentals. They live at the destinations and are experts on their areas.

If you need transportation, we can arrange charter busses, group airfares (minimum 10 seats), and airport bus transfers. We have some of the best rates available for transportation.

As a bonus, trip leaders can also qualify for complimentary lift ticket and ski rentals at most destinations with 20 or 25 group members.
